If a bar could be a room, would it?
So I took this week off work to catch up on some sanity and some projects around the house. One of the main areas of focus, naturally, was the basement. I spent a couple of mornings getting after the drywall in the bar room and touching up the game room as well. There’s still a couple of rough spots here and there but for the most part it’s ready to have the actual ‘bar’ constructed… Assuming I don’t cheat and find a pre-fab cabinet/counter to plink down in place!
Afterwards, I moved back into the theater room and started buttoning up the risers… More in the next post. Here’s a couple snapshots of the bar all primed up.
